You feel dizzy.
The inner ear is vital for hearing and balance. Sounds and information relating to balance are perceived in the inner ear. This information is routed via nerves to the brain. The information is processed in the brain.
You have problems with your ear or the nerves in your ear. You feel dizzy as a result. There may be other symptoms too, such as nausea and vomiting. The eyes sometimes move involuntarily.
