Your heart muscle was not getting enough blood. As a result your heart tissue has been damaged.

The heart is supplied with oxygen-rich blood via the coronary arteries. The coronary arteries are blood vessels that run around the outside of the heart. Your heart muscle was not getting enough blood. Your heart got damaged as a result. As a result, it is unable to pump properly, for example.
