A cavity has formed around your last intestinal segment, and it is filled with pus.
The last segment of the large intestine consists of 2 sections. These 2 sections are the rectum and anal canal. The feces are collected in the rectum. The feces then move through the short anal canal to the anus. Feces are excreted through the anus.
This cavity has developed because of an inflammation.
As a result of the cavity, you may have pain in your lower abdomen and bottom. The pain may occur in particular when you are sitting. You may feel feeble. It is also possible that you will have a high temperature and shivering.
