You have a skin condition with small papules.

The papules are yellow to browny-red. There is a firm layer on top of the papules. Loosening the firm layer can result in holes developing there. The holes can look like craters. The papules can appear singly or in small groups. As the papules heal, the skin there may remain darker.

The papules are mainly found on the legs. However, they can be also be found in other areas of the skin.

The exact cause of this skin disorder is not yet known.
