You have a skin condition with changed areas on the skin.
The changed skin areas may be thinner than the surrounding skin. There may be areas of the skin that look lighter or darker. The blood vessels under the changed areas of the skin can be dilated. Then you can see the blood vessels as red points or lines through the skin.
