You have an inflamed joint in your spine, ribs or the jaw joint.

Your joint inflammation is recurring and it fades away again on its own after a few days. The exact cause of such inflammations is not yet known.

An inflammation in the joints can cause various symptoms. Typical is a swollen, painful joint. The skin above the joint may also be red. It may also no longer be possible to move the joint as usual.
