M14.43: Arthropathy in amyloidosis Forearm
You have a joint disorder in your wrist due to protein deposits.
The wrist joins the hand to the forearm. There are 2 bones in the forearm. These bones are called the ulna and the radius. As well as the actual wrist there is also a joint between the ends of the ulna and the radius.
You have a disorder that involves proteins being deposited in different parts of your body. If proteins are deposited in joints, it can damage the relevant joints. This can be painful. Bones may also break.
