M14.69: Neuropathic arthropathy Site unspecified

You have damage in one or more joints.

The joint damage is caused by a disorder that involves damage to the small nerves.

When nerves are damaged, there may be less sensation on the skin and in the joints. It is then less obvious when you injure yourself. The person may exert themselves too much because they are feeling pain less than usual. This can cause joint damage that does not heal easily.

  • G: Confirmed diagnosis
  • V: Tentative diagnosis
  • Z: Condition after

  • R: Right
  • B: Both sides
