Bone tissue has died off in your pelvis or thigh.
Bone tissue dies off when its blood supply deteriorates and when certain cells in the bone tissue become damaged.
When bone tissue has died off, the affected area can be painful. It may also be that you are no longer able to move the affected area of your body properly.
