One or more bones in your lower leg have not fully grown.
The bones in the body usually grow to a certain length during childhood and adolescence. If a bone does not grow fully, it may be shorter than usual. The affected bone may also become deformed.
There are various reasons why a bone does not fully grow. The affected bone may not be getting a proper blood supply. This can happen if a bone gets injured or inflamed, for example.
