Your testicle has shrunk.

The testicles are located outside the body, and are covered by skin. That is the scrotum.

There are various reasons for testicles shrinking. Testicles can shrink, for example, if they are injured or inflamed. Testicles can also shrink if their blood supply is reduced.

Sperm in shrunken testicles sometimes do not develop properly.
