You have an ulcer in your vagina.

The internal female genital organs include the uterus, the fallopian tubes and ovaries. The vagina is also one of the internal genital organs and goes from the uterus to the outside of the body.

An ulcer can form when inflamed skin or mucous membrane is damaged. If you have an ulcer you may feel pain at the affected site.
