O81: Single delivery by forceps or vacuum extractor

You have given birth to a child.

A suction cup or forceps were used during labor to help bring your child into the world. A suction cup can be attached to the back of the child’s head during the labor. This helps to pull the child out of the vagina. Forceps can also be used to help pull the child out of the vagina. Forceps are used to grab hold of the child’s head on either side.
