O99.7: Diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue complicating pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium

You have a disorder that relates to your skin or hypodermis.

The skin is made up of multiple layers. The epidermis is on the outside. The epidermis does not get any blood. Below this is the dermis. There are lots of blood vessels and nerves in the dermis. Below the dermis is the subcutaneous tissue. It contains fatty tissue and connective tissue.

Your disease makes your pregnancy, the birth or childbed more difficult. You may also already have had this kind of disease before your pregnancy. Your disease can then also have got worse as a result of your pregnancy, the birth or childbed.
