At birth the child weighed more, or was longer than, usual.
There are various reasons why a child might be heavier or longer than usual at birth. Deviations like this may indicate some disorder, or may not indicate ill health at all. The mother may have already been overweight before the pregnancy or she may have eaten unhealthily during the pregnancy.
Additional indicator
On medical documents, the ICD code is often appended by letters that indicate the diagnostic certainty or the affected side of the body.
