P92.5: Neonatal difficulty in feeding at breast

In the period immediately after the birth, there were breastfeeding difficulties.

When there are breastfeeding difficulties, the newborn baby has problems in drinking from the mother's breast. The causes for this may originate on both the mother's and the child's side. The mother's breast may be unusually shaped. This can prevent the baby from properly sucking on the breast. There may also be defects in the baby's mouth area which make breastfeeding difficult.
