Your eye has not developed.
If tissue does not develop properly while in the womb, defects may result. With this defect, the tissue for the eye does not form, or does not form properly.
The development of the eye can be disrupted by changed genetic information, for example. Certain factors during pregnancy can also disrupt the development of the eye.
