Q73.8: Other reduction defects of unspecified limb(s)
One or more of your limbs have not properly developed. As a result, you have a congenital condition.
The arms and legs develop in the first few weeks of pregnancy. This development can be disturbed for various reasons. For example, taking certain medication during pregnancy can result in a child’s arms or legs not developing properly. There may also be malformations if during pregnancy parts of the child’s arms or legs do not get enough blood.
