R47.0: Dysphasia and aphasia
Due to an illness, you are finding it difficult to talk or understand speech.
If your brain is not processing speech properly, you will not be able to come up with words, for example. You may even lose the ability to speak entirely. You may also pronounce words incorrectly, or use the wrong words. You may also be unable to understand spoken or written words. You may also find it difficult to write words.
