Your body temperature is too low.
Body temperature is controlled by your brain, among other things. Skin and muscles are vital for regulating body temperature. The muscles create heat. The skin ensures that the heat remains within the body.
The normal body temperature ranges between 36 and 37 degrees. If a body temperature is below 35 degrees, the temperature of the body is too low. Your temperature is too low. That can have various causes.
