You have an injury to your abdomen, lower back, pelvis or behind.

You have injured your muscles or tendons. Tendons are made up of very firm connective tissue. Tendons attach muscles to bones.

If muscles or tendons are injured, it may no longer be possible to move properly. You can also have pain in the area affected.
