S39.6: Injury of intra-abdominal organ(s) with pelvic organ(s)

You have injuries to organs in your abdomen and organs in your pelvis.

There are many vital organs in your abdomen. Beneath the abdomen is the pelvis. The pelvis consists of several bones that have fused. The pelvis is where the bladder and the genital organs, for example, are located. When someone has injured organs they may have a range of symptoms. The symptoms depend on the extent of the damage.
