S42.03: Fracture of clavicle: Lateral third
You have broken your collarbone.
The collarbone is a bone at the front of the ribcage. It runs from the ribcage to the shoulder and joins the shoulder blade at the shoulder. You have broken your collarbone somewhere near your shoulder.
If someone has broken bones in the shoulder/upper arm area, it can be painful. You may then be unable to move your shoulder or arm properly.
