You have injured your shoulder, arm or hand.
You have injured one or more nerves. Many nerves run from the spinal cord and brain to the organs, skin and muscles in the body. Nerves can control muscles, for example, or be important in feeling contact. Depending on which nerves are damaged, various problems can occur. You may no longer be able to use certain muscles properly, for example. You may also no longer be able to feel contact properly.
