T63.1: Toxic effect: Venom of other reptiles

You have been poisoned by reptile venom.

If you are poisoned by reptile venom you can have different problems. You may have a wound that is painful or swollen. A wound can also become inflamed.

Depending on which type of poison the reptile has, there can be other symptoms. Certain poisons can change the blood clotting process, for example. The purpose of clotting is to stop bleeds. If the blood clotting process is changed, bleeds may be heavier or last longer, for example. Certain poisons can also paralyze muscles. You are then no longer able to move your muscles properly. The nervous system can also be disrupted by some poisons. Certain bodily functions then sometimes change. Poisons can also cause the heart to beat too fast, too slowly, or irregularly.
