T86.51: Graft necrosis
You had issue grafted. This tissue is now damaged.
You had skin grafted. Skin is sometimes grafted when, for example, someone has a large wound or has had tissue removed. Sometimes, along with the skin, the underlying fatty tissue, connective tissue or muscle tissue is also grafted.
In your case, some or all of the grafted tissue has died. Sometimes the skin dies if, for example, it is not properly supplied with blood. Part of the skin may then turn black, for example.
