Your collarbone has been surgically aligned and aids were used to stabilize it.
The collarbone is a bone at the front of the ribcage. It runs from the ribcage to the shoulder and joins the shoulder blade at the shoulder. The collarbone may be stabilized if it is broken, for example.
The fragments of your collarbone were put back in their normal place, and wires or pins in the bone were used to join and stabilize them. The purpose of the wires or pins is to stabilize the collarbone from within. To achieve this, they are inserted into the space inside the bone.
