With certain disorders of the nerves or the brain, the body is positioned in a specific way. The position is designed to suit the specific needs, and it aims to have a positive effect on the disorder.

Additional indicator

If necessary, additional letters are appended to OPS codes to indicate which side of the body is affected.

  • L: Left
  • R: Right
  • B: Both sides
