There are various reasons why you might store too much fat. You are taking drugs through which more fat is stored.
The excess fatty tissue has numerous effects on the body. Various diseases are encouraged as a result. So for example, diabetes may develop more easily and the blood vessels can become constricted by deposits. As a result of your high weight, you may not be able to move as well. The weight is moreover putting a strain on the joints. When you are overweight, that can also have psychological effects.
