You are severely overweight.

There are various reasons why you might store too much fat. For example, you may consume food that is too high in energy. If you do not use the energy that you eat, then the energy is stored as fat. Certain drugs can also contribute to more fat being stored. There are diseases or congenital causes that lead to obesity.

The excess fatty tissue has numerous effects on the body. Various diseases are encouraged as a result. So for example, diabetes may develop more easily and the blood vessels can become constricted by deposits. As a result of your high weight, you may not be able to move as well. The weight is moreover putting a strain on the joints. When you are overweight, that can also have psychological effects.

Breathing is an interaction of various muscles and the lungs’ elasticity. If more fatty tissue is in the body, you may have problems with breathing. As a result, you will have trouble breathing or you will have breathing lapses while asleep. This can make you very tired during the day.

The form of the disease or excess weight is divided into various degrees of severity. One method for that is the Body Mass Index. This is abbreviated to BMI. The Body Mass Index is used to assess body weight in relation to height. Whether a person’s body weight is normal depends on their height. You are considered overweight if your Body Mass Index is 25 or more. Your Body Mass Index is 35-40. Your weight is thus much too high.
