You cannot utilize zinc properly.

Zinc is important at various points for the body. Zinc is contained in various proteins, for example. These proteins are important for the sugar level or energy balance, for instance.

You cannot utilize zinc properly. In that case, you may not be able to absorb zinc properly with your food. You may thus have too little zinc in your body. If there is insufficient zinc in your body, you may have various symptoms. For example, you may have problems with your skin or have abdominal complaints. Furthermore, the skin around your nails may become inflamed and your hair may fall out.
