F15.6: Mental and behavioural disorders due to use of other stimulants, including caffeine Amnesic syndrome
Stimulants have made your memory worse.
Stimulants are substances that have a stimulating effect on the body. Caffeine is one such substance, for example. Things like coffee contain caffeine. But amphetamines are also stimulants. They are found in some medicines or drugs. Amphetamines include, for example, crystal meth and MDMA. Ecstasy may contain MDMA.
Your memory has got worse because of your consumption of stimulants. For example, you may no longer be able to remember things so easily. Sometimes you no longer know for sure when certain things have happened.
