F20.2: Catatonic schizophrenia

You have schizophrenia.

Schizophrenia is a mental illness. Your thinking, perception and mood may have changed as a result. There are different reasons for this illness.

You have a particular type of schizophrenia. Your movements or speech are also different. You may be unable to move even though you are fully conscious. You might adopt some strange attitudes that stay with you for a long time. You may also become hyperactive and move about in ways that make no sense. You may also stop speaking, for example.
