Your thoughts and perception are not normal. Your mood also fluctuates.

Your thinking, perception and feelings have changed due to this mental illness. One may perceive reality incorrectly, for example. This is called a delusion.

Then one cannot dissuaded away from a belief. But this belief has nothing to do with reality. One may be convinced, for example, that one can move the clouds by breathing in and out. One may also hear voices. One’s movement and speech may be changed. One’s mood often also alters with this form of mental illness.
