F34.0: Cyclothymia

You are having mood swings due to a mental illness.

You have had the illness for a long time.

With this illness, there are phases when your mood is slightly heightened. You may then feel very energetic and capable. For example, you might be very talkative, restless, or require little sleep.

But there are also phases in which your mood is low and you are unable to enjoy things. You can feel listless or exhausted. Everyday activities can then be more of a burden than before. You may find it harder to concentrate, and be unable to sleep properly.
