F34.0: Cyclothymia

Your mood has been fluctuating for a long time. You have a mental disorder.

You sometimes feel mildly depressed and sometimes a bit too euphoric.

When someone feels depressed, they usually have other problems. One may also feel listless, and find it hard to concentrate and sleep.

When one feels more euphoric than usual, other mood changes may occur. For example, one may be more active than usual, more talkative and exaggeratedly optimistic.
