You have been in low spirits for some years.

You can feel listless or exhausted. Everyday activities can seem difficult. You can feel less interested in activities than usual. You may also withdraw a little from your social circle. You may have sleeping problems, for example.

The condition can affect your everyday life, work or private life. There may also be phases when there are no symptoms at all.
