F44.6: Dissociative anaesthesia and sensory loss
You perceive physical sensations in an unusual way. There is a mental reason for this.
Sensations or perceptions can then change even though there is no physical explanation for this. For example, you may have less feeling in certain parts of your skin, or experience a tingling sensation. You may also be no longer able to see, hear or smell so well.
