You have various symptoms for which there is no satisfactory physical cause.
You have various recurring physical symptoms. Possible symptoms are, for example, pain, nausea and diarrhea. You have had these symptoms for a long time. Your symptoms are also being caused by mental issues. There are no physical causes that properly explain your symptoms.
Nonetheless, the person may be convinced that there has to be a purely physical cause for their symptoms. The person may also be extremely preoccupied by their symptoms. The symptoms may also affect relationships with other people.
