F48.1: Depersonalization-derealization syndrome

Your environment, or you yourself, suddenly seem strange or unreal to you.

You may then have the impression that you yourself or your environment has changed, or become strange or unreal. The environment may seem artificial or devoid of color, for example. You can also have the feeling that you are very distant from yourself, that you have no feelings, or that you are detached from your own body. At the same time, however, you are aware that these impressions are not the reality.
