F55.4: Abuse of non-dependence-producing substances: Vitamins

You want vitamins very badly. You are damaging your health as a result.

You are taking vitamins even though you do not have to. Maybe you were prescribed the vitamins to begin with. Now you do not actually need the vitamins any more. But you are taking the vitamins nevertheless. Physical harm can be caused by taking them. When an attempt is made to dissuade someone from taking vitamins, the advice is usually rejected.
