You watch other people having sex and this excites you sexually.

For a long period of time, you have achieved sexual satisfaction in unusual circumstances.

You watch other people having sex or indulging in other intimate activities. The other people are unaware of this. When you watch other people doing this you are sexually excited. As you do so, you usually stimulate yourself until you reach orgasm.
