You need pain, humiliation or subjection to become sexually excited.

For a long period of time, you have achieved sexual satisfaction in unusual circumstances.

To become sexually excited, you need pain, humiliation or subjection. When someone is the person who experiences these feelings and behaviors, it is known as masochism. When someone provides them to someone else, this is known as sadism.
