G25.80: Periodic limb movement disorder

Your legs are moving involuntarily in your sleep.

You keep moving your legs while you are sleeping. You do not notice you are doing it. Your legs may move so much that you wake up for a short time. This is usually forgotten later on. When someone unconsciously wakes up during the night because their legs are moving, they can be unexpectedly tired during the day. As a result, they may feel less capable. It is also possible that it will not cause any symptoms.
