Your eyes have been damaged after you were given stem cells from another person.
Stem cells are cells that can develop into different types of cells. For example, blood cells can develop from stem cells. Stem cells are found in the blood and inside some bones. Some time ago you were given stem cells from another person.
After you received these stem cells, your immune system no longer worked properly. Your immune system has damaged your eyes.
When the eyes are damaged, they may be very dry or red, for example.
