A bone behind your ear is inflamed.

The skull is made up of various bones. In your case, a bone behind your ear is inflamed. One reason for this might be another inflammation of your ear. An inflammation in this bone can cause severe ear pain. But the head, face, teeth and eyes might be very painful, too. Your hearing or vision might also be worse. You might have a high temperature and feel very sick.
