Your balance organ is not working properly.

Our balance organ is located inside our ear. In your case, the balance organ has suddenly stopped working properly. The disorder may cause a variety of symptoms. You feel very dizzy. Sometimes one may also feel nauseous or a need to vomit. The disorder causes the eyes to keep moving backwards and forwards, involuntarily. The symptoms usually fade away after a while.

The cause of the disorder is not yet known.
