You started getting problems soon after having a heart attack.

A heart attack involves parts of the heart not getting enough oxygen-rich blood. As a result, the affected heart tissue gets damaged or dies.

Various problems can occur after a heart attack.

There are 4 valves in the heart. These valves control the flow of blood in the heart. Two valves are attached to the inner wall of the heart by strong chords. Your heart attack has made these chords tear. When these strong valve chords are damaged, the valve can leak.

The heart may no longer be able to pump the blood through the body so well. They may also lose consciousness as a result.
