In your head there has been a bleed between your dura mater and your outer pia mater.
On the outside of the brain and spinal cord there are three thin meninges (linings). A tough meninx, the dura mater, is on the outside. Below that are two soft meninges.
Bleeding inside the head can damage brain tissue. You may have various symptoms as a result. Your bleeding has developed over a long period of time. This can cause general symptoms. It is possible that you may think very slowly or that you are not able to move properly. You may have problems remembering things.
