The veins in your brain have been blocked by blood clots. As a result, the blood is unable to flow properly.

The veins carry the blood back to the heart from the brain. In your case, a blood clot has formed in the veins in your brain. This has blocked the vein. The blood is then no longer able to flow properly. The blood can then get blocked as a result. The brain may be damaged as a result.
