There is a disease in your blood vessels. The blood vessels in your arms and legs are affected.

Your arteries may be in spasm. The arteries supply blood and oxygen to the entire body. You might have pain in your legs and need to stand still after walking for a certain while. The pain then stops.

This disorder can also cause people to be in constant pain.
